About Me

I believe that prioritizing your health bleeds into all areas of your life. My goal is to help my clients identify fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through fresh new workouts that challenge you and get you the results you desire. 

I am an ACSM certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over 15 years of professional experience.

My clients enjoy working out at my private, fully equipped home garage gym and in Cincinnati online via Zoom. I also offer outdoor in person training for individuals, couples/friends and small groups during warmer months. My fitness programming is personalized and planned with care, to help reach your goals.

Annah is knowledgeable and experienced. She is always in-tune with my needs and cheers for me exactly when I need it. She's flexible and will do her very best to accommodate shifts in schedule. She'll track your progress and remind how far you've gone. We were laughing that she is like an analog version of an app. Similar to digital apps she designs personalized work-outs and tracks your progress, but unlike digital apps she adds value by adjusting on the fly, watching and correcting technique and supporting you when you need it the most. And she is a mom-entrepreneur!
